KYC & Document Verification
After registration, customers complete the KYC process by submitting identity proof, address proof, and driving license details. Once the documents are verified, the customer becomes eligible to subscribe to an electric bike plan.
This process ensures compliance, security, and proper rider records for vehicle allocation and fleet management.

Select a Subscription Plan
After successful verification, customers can choose a suitable subscription plan based on their usage requirements. We offer flexible plans designed for delivery riders, gig workers, businesses, and daily commuters.
The subscription model removes the need for purchasing a vehicle upfront and allows customers to start using electric mobility with lower initial cost.

Vehicle Handover & Start Riding
After activation, the customer receives the electric bike and can start using it for delivery, work, or daily commute. Our support team remains available for service assistance, operational support, and plan-related queries.
From this point, the rider can start earning or commuting while saving fuel costs and reducing operating expenses.
